The Saint Mary's Hall summer faculty is devoted to providing your child with a safe, fun, educational and enriching summer experience. Our curriculum offers students ages 3 to adult a variety of choices. Our staff is committed to upholding the high standards of Saint Mary's Hall School while challenging each student to discover his/her own potential. We have experienced teachers and staff, as well as 24-hour campus security. Saint Mary's Hall School and the Summer at the Hall Program extend a warm welcome for the San Antonio community to come and join us for another wonderful Summer At The Hall!
Our Mission
The mission of the Summer At The Hall program is to provide each individual student with exceptional learning opportunities which are fun, challenging, enjoyable and rewarding. We strive to challenge each individual to explore new friendships, tackle new obstacles, and work together in a team environment.
First Day of Camp
ALL students grades 1 - 8 must check in at the tables located near the Primary School circle. Students will receive nametags designating classes and times. An assistant will show each camper where to meet the instructors.
Lunch
Students and campers are invited to purchase lunch for $6 a day. Lunches may consist of chicken nuggets, grilled cheese sandwiches, macaroni and cheese, hot dogs, hamburgers, etc. Students who buy lunch also will be provided with drinks and dessert. Students who require special meals may bring lunch from home.
Closed Classes
If the camp/class you registered for is closed, then your child will be automatically wait listed and you will be contacted by the Summer At The Hall office. We process all registration forms on a first come, first serve basis.
Deposits, Cancellations, & Refunds
Summer at the Hall reserves the right to change or cancel any course, camp or program. Efforts will be made to assign students affected by such a change or cancellation to other available programs. A complete refund will be given in those cases where other program placement is not possible. No refunds will be issued if a student withdraws from any of our summer programs after May 16, 2008 at 3:00 p.m. This includes vacation schedules, conflicting activities, or just a change in plans. NOTE: A class cancellation fee of $50 and a class change fee of $15 per class will be charged for each three hour course cancelled or changed once the enrollment has been processed. Enrollments are processed as soon as they are received in the Student Enrichment Office.
All registrations are made with the understanding that Saint Mary's Hall reserves the right to request withdrawal of any student/adult whose conduct, influence, attendance, or participation is regarded as undesirable or detrimental, or who refuses to conform to the rules and regulations of the Summer at the Hall Program.
